Before entering the beauty industry, Jo worked as a qualified dental nurse, gaining valuable clinical experience and a deep understanding of patient care, hygiene, and medical standards. Driven by her commitment to excellence, she later completed a university degree in healthcare — ensuring every treatment is delivered with the highest level of clinical knowledge and professionalism.
